BUILT TO LAST

Stainless steel, brass, specially coated aluminum, and fine wood – every material was chosen with intention: for durability, for feel, for character. Everything is screwed, nothing glued. The CAVI Core is built to be repaired and maintained, not a throwaway product, but a loyal companion for years to come.

PRECISION WITH EVERY SHOT

15 bar pump pressure, regulated down to 9 bar – exactly what espresso needs. PID temperature control keeps both the steam and brew group spot on. Add practical safety features like water level monitoring and auto-off. Because great espresso leaves nothing to chance.

POWERFUL STEAM AT THE PUSH OF A BUTTON

The CAVI Core has a fully independent steam circuit, separate from the brew group. It's ready in 120 seconds. And because both circuits run completely independently, you can brew and froth at the same time, with full control over both. The unique swivel wand system was built specifically for tight spaces, without compromising precision. Creamy milk foam, wherever you are.

FITS ANYWHERE

285 × 225 × 95 mm and just 5 kg. Thanks to our patent-pending brew kinematics and a unique packaging concept, we made the impossible possible: a full-featured espresso machine in a format that even fits in your backpack. Nobody builds it smaller.

ALWAYS LIKE NEW

The CAVI Core skips the classic bayonet lock found on traditional espresso machines, and with it, every hidden crevice where coffee grounds or oil residue could build up. Residue that can leave your coffee tasting bitter or burnt. Every surface that touches coffee or milk is smooth, wipeable, and fully accessible. The dirt-repellent, scratch-resistant coating doesn't give fingerprints or stains a chance. One wipe, and your CAVI Core looks like it just came out of the box.

EFFICIENT TO THE CORE

Waiting 20 minutes and heating up nearly 2 liters of water, just for a small espresso? Those days are over. The CAVI Core's dual-circuit thermoblock system heats up in 120 seconds with BOOST Mode. And since both circuits run independently, the steam circuit simply stays off when all you want is an espresso. In OFF-GRID Mode, the CAVI Core runs on just 700W and 3A, compatible with almost any setup. If it overheats or gets left on, it automatically switches to standby, drawing under 0.5A. Safe, efficient, always ready.
